Bridge International's CEO and founder, Deen Fathy, has successfully coached people for many years. The idea for Bridge International came at an interview etiquette class he taught at a local job service. A woman, recently let go from a position she held for 23 years, started crying. She needed to find a job and yet, didnt have the confidence or the skills to find work other than she had had with her last employer. Although an employer offered her a position in sales, she was terrified to accept it since she had never worked in sales. Deen worked with her for four consecutive days and the result of his dedication and assistance was a postcard profusely thanking him for the new lease on life that he had given her. This one incident fueled his desire to teach all "Mom n' Pops" how to sell their product, whatever it may be. The company has since grown to include professional sales people and corporations.
Bridge International is an eight-year-old company with many satisfied customers. Deen's education includes a Masters Degree in Sales and International Marketing backed by a Bachelors Degree in Physical Education. His many training certificates include Medical Representative, Corporate Sales Trainer, MDM (Marketing Development Manager) from corporations such as Johnson and Johnson Pharmaceutical, Biotech Pharmaceutical, Thompson Publishing, West Law and Cisco Foods. He has won Sterling Service awards for customer satisfaction, Sales Excellence awards , and several sales competitions resulting in winning many trips abroad. When Deen isnt engaged in professional pursuits, he is an active board member for the Hemophilia Foundation of Idaho and NENA. He has also been the campaign manager for an Idaho Senator. With extensive knowledge of sports, international politics, classical music, history, and philosophy, he is a true visionary, innovator and a person who understands human nature. His favorite motto, which became Bridge International's motto as well is " J ust Get Started," and sometimes that means just get out of bed and now that you are up, come visit us!
