What you Must know before your interview •If accepted, you will begin as an Outside Sales Independent Contract (OSIC). All Bridge International sales team members are independent contractors and are referred to as OSIC’s.•As an OSIC you are responsible for all your taxes, benefits etc… until you earn the opportunity to become and are approved as a Bridge International regular employee.•Each OSIC is responsible for generating and closing all leads. CONTINUING OPPORTUNITIES
There are two ways you may be compensated
OPTION 1 – Bridge International Employee
As a Bridge International employee, you will be an Outside Sales Representative (OSR)
Your monthly sales goal = $2,000
Compensation will be:
Salary – flat amount of $700.00
Commission – 45% of sales
20% of totals sales is for Bridge International overhead
The remaining 80% of sales is split between Bridge International and you.
45% to you and 35% to Bridge International
Bonus – 30% of compensation based on accumulative 3 month sales average.
The 3 month average must equal or exceed 100% of goal to obtain your bonus.
Expenses approved in advance by Bridge International management will be paid.
If you achieve 100% or more of your monthly sales goal you will be paid your salary plus commission. If you achieve less than 100% of your monthly sales goal you will be paid your salary or commission, whichever is higher for this month, not both.Here is an example of an OSR’s compensation:MONTH 1 – OSR sales = $2,000 100% of goal Compensation will be:Salary $ 700.00Commission+$ 900.00 (45% of $2,000)Compensation $1,600.00MONTH 2 – OSR sales = $3,000 150% of goal Compensation will be:Salary $ 700.00Commission+$1,350.00 (45% of 3,000)Compensation $ 2,050.00
If you achieve 100% or more of your monthly sales goal you will be paid your

Here is an example of an OSR’s compensation:

Commission+$1,350.00 (45% of 3,000)
Compensation $ 2,050.00
MONTH 3 – OSR sales = $1,500 75% of goal. Compensation will be: Salary $ 700.00ORCommission$ 675.00 (45% of 1,500)Compensation$ 700.00BONUS month accumulative averageExample 1:Month 1 = 100% Month 2 = 150% Month 3 = 75%3 month average = 108% This exceeds 100% so you would be eligible for your bonus.
MONTH 3 – OSR sales = $1,500 75% of goal. Compensation will be:

Example 1:
Month 1 = 100% Month 2 = 150% Month 3 = 75%
3 month average = 108% This exceeds 100% so you would be eligible for your bonus.
Total compensation for the 3 month period:Month 1 = $ 1,600.00 Month 2 = $ 2,050.00 Month 3 = $700.00Total salary + commission = $4,350.00 Bonus is 30% = $1,305.00Each time your bonus is paid, the 3 month accumulative bonus period starts over.Example 2:Month 1 = 150% Month 2 = 50% Month 3 = 50%3 month average = 84%. This does not exceed 100%, you would not be eligible for a bonus at this time, but the 3 month accumulative period continues.Month 4 = 250%3 month average (months 2, 3 & 4) = 117%. You would receive your bonus at the end of month 4 = to 30% of those 3 months compensation. Your 3 month accumulative bonus period starts over at month 5.
Total compensation for the 3 month period:
Month 1 = $ 1,600.00 Month 2 = $ 2,050.00 Month 3 = $700.00
Total salary + commission = $4,350.00
Bonus is 30% = $1,305.00
Each time your bonus is paid, the 3 month accumulative bonus period starts over.
Example 2:
Month 1 = 150% Month 2 = 50% Month 3 = 50%
3 month average = 84%. This does not exceed 100%, you would not be eligible for a bonus at this time, but the 3 month accumulative period continues.
Month 4 = 250%
3 month average (months 2, 3 & 4) = 117%. You would receive your bonus at the end of month 4 = to 30% of those 3 months compensation.
Your 3 month accumulative bonus period starts over at month 5.
OPTION 2 – Independent ContractorAs a Bridge International contractor you will remain an Outside Sales Independent Contractor (OSIC).Compensation is based on number of students closed. Each time you close 5 students you will be compensated 50% of total sales. Minimum class size is 3 students.As an OSIC you are responsible for all your expenses, taxes, benefits etc…
OPTION 2 – Independent Contractor
As a Bridge International contractor you will remain an
Outside Sales Independent Contractor (OSIC).
Compensation is based on number of students closed. Each time you close 5 students you will be compensated 50% of total sales.
Minimum class size is 3 students.
As an OSIC you are responsible for all your expenses, taxes, benefits etc…
